I just wanted to let you know a quick note to say how well Jenni did with our electrical issue and with dealing with our guests. I was trying not to have a panic attack last night!, Jenni was excellent and today she phoned me to catch me up on what was happening and then sent me pictures and videos of everything working after the electrician had been to fix it. Again, thank you to the Momentum team for all the great service!

We were most impressed with your management company. Your welcome and introduction to our unit was the best we have seen. As well, the response to our needs during our stay was exemplary. You have a good staff who were there as soon as we had any need for assistance, whether it be for replacing the water bottle or helping us with something we did not understand. I could not believe that they were able to repair the microwave in such short order. We will definitely recommend you to our friends who wish to give Loreto Bay a try.

Nos quedamos en este alojamiento durante 4 noches y fue perfecto, exactamente lo que esperábamos. El lugar estaba muy limpio y cómodo. ¡El aire acondicionado fue increíble! Está en el barrio de los fundadores que preferimos y no está justo en la calle, por lo que es muy tranquilo y privado. También está cerca de la piscina principal y a poca distancia a pie de la playa. Nos hemos alojado en varios alojamientos en Loreto Bay y recomendamos encarecidamente esta unidad. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!
