The private gym at Momentum Rentals is a state-of-the-art fitness facility designed to cater to the needs of health-conscious individuals. Membership & Payment

In order to use the gym at Momentum Rentals, a monthly membership fee of $600 pesos is required. Payments can be made at the Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty offices, conveniently located at Paseo Mision de Loreto FN170.

Gym Rules

1. Wipe Down Equipment: Respect other gym users by wiping down equipment after use.

2. Return Equipment: Return weights and equipment to their proper places after use.

3. Cardio Machine Etiquette: Limit time on cardio machines during busy hours.

4. Headphones: Use headphones when listening to music or watching videos.

5. No Dropping Weights: Avoid dropping weights on the floor.

6. Proper Attire: Follow proper attire guidelines.

7. Equipment Sharing: Do not monopolize equipment or machines.

8. Hydration & Cleanliness: Stay hydrated and clean up after yourself.

9. Ask for Help: Consult with gym staff or trainers if unsure about equipment or exercises.
